Cancellation Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a $20 fee and need to reschedule.
There is no cancellation window for any appointment. Once the appointment is booked you will need to pay the cancellation fee that corresponds each appointment. No need to explain why you are cancelling / rescheduling.
